Rajesh Kumar Mandal is an Enterprise Architect at Accenture with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field of Big Data and Analytics. He is a certified Azure with Data Science professional and has a Hortonworks certification. Rajesh is a self-learner and has a strong background in Big Data Hadoop capability. Presently, he is focusing on Data Science and has expertise in multiple data ingestion and analysis through Spark and BigDL Application. Rajesh has extensive experience in Hortonworks from Administration/Operation for Banking domain, Big Data Cluster designing, management, preparation of Data Lake, bash shell scripting, script to perform infra jobs, security, and monitoring solutions. He has also worked on EDA and Data preprocessing tasks handled through Spark & Scala. Rajesh is proficient in Architecting, Designing, and Admin experience and has worked extensively on waterfall and Agile methodologies both on-premise and on cloud. Currently, Rajesh is working at Accenture where he started POC for building a data model. He has handled distributed clustered and job scheduling through YARN and set up CI/CD pipeline for Hadoop Eco-system in telecom domain. Rajesh has handled telecom BSCS stream data through Spark & Scala and has sliced large volumes of data to provide analytical reports. He has also applied sliced techniques for data warehousing tools (Hive version 1.2.1) and has worked on shell scripting and hands-on skills on Unix/Linux operating systems. Rajesh has experience in high availability solutions and has worked for production environments for the up-gradation of HSM appliance in HDP. In the past, Rajesh has worked with HCL as a Technical Manager and with iConnectiva Analytics and Insights (I) Pvt. Ltd as an Associate Manager. At HCL, he worked on Big Data projects in respect of Development, Implementation in Cloudera distribution ver 5.2. He handled unstructured data through and processed Hadoop Eco-system and worked on No-SQL databases like H-Base. At iConnectiva Analytics and Insights (I) Pvt. Ltd, he provided high-end support/solutions for data monetization and delivered a portfolio of Analytics solutions to Airtel Telecom. Rajesh has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Applications (MCA) from IGNOU and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Kalyani.
